These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with your leaflet, email or respective promotional collateral.
1. This offer entitles new members to receive the stated amount of years’ membership for the price stated on the collateral material (usually £60/yr in England and Wales and £20/yr in Scotland) plus free driving credit to the value of that stated on the collateral material.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer does not apply to the price of any further years of membership.
3. You must have a billing address location within the region of the UK in which you wish to become a member.
4. This offer is valid on the Standard annual membership plan only unless otherwise specified. Excludes Under 22 plan.
5. Driving credit is applied once the application has been approved and is to be used within 90 days of receiving such credit unless otherwise specified.
6. Driving credit applies to time (hourly charge) only, and unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, mileage charges, or damage excess.
7. To redeem this offer you must enter the text indicated on the collateral material into the promo code box on your application form.
8. This offer is valid for all applications submitted by the date labelled within the terms & conditions on the collateral material.
9. This offer is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discounted rate, previous or existing reservations.
10. This offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
