New Booking Processes
Temporarily the way you book, access and cancel vehicles is changing to allow vehicles to be cleaned between each rental during this time.
At Enterprise Car Club the safety and wellbeing of our members is our top priority. With continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we are temporarily amending the way you can make a reservation, access and cancel vehicles. This is to allow the cleaning of vehicles between each reservation. To best manage this process, in the short term you will no longer be able to make use of the app or website booking platform.
MAKING A BOOKING: Please contact us using either method below.
a) Call the Clubhouse on 0345 266 9290 – choosing option 1
b) Complete this online reservation form
When making a reservation please bear in mind the following:
- Please follow governmental guidelines in relation to travel.
- The reservation is not confirmed until you’ve received a dedicated ‘reservation confirmation’ email.
- If you need the vehicle within the next 12hrs please call the clubhouse, rather than completing the online form.
- You will not be able to use the app to access the vehicle, rather you will need to use the contactless card linked to your account. If you no longer have this card, or do not know which card it is, please inform the Clubhouse when making the reservation or fill-in the appropriate field on the Reservation Request Form.
- To amend, extend or cancel your reservation you’ll need to phone the Clubhouse or complete the form below.
To help ensure our sharing community remain safe and healthy all members prior to renting are to ensure they:
- Are not currently under quarantine for COVID-19.
- Have not been diagnosed as having COVID-19.
- Are not displaying any of the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus.
- Are not living with or in close contact with someone who is currently quarantined or who has tested positive for the virus.
CANCELLING A BOOKING: Please contact us using either method below.
a) Call the Clubhouse on 0345 266 9290 - choosing option 1 (please choose this option if your reservation is within the next 24hrs)
b) Complete this online cancellation form
