You’ll find the unique 4-digit PIN number in the 'messages' section once your reservation has started under your reservation information. For optimised security, these codes will regularly change so please refer to the mobile app with each new booking.

You can contact the membership team between the hours listed below. This team should only be contacted if you have questions related to your membership, NOT if you require assistance with a reservation.
