Time (duration) of rental - calculated in 15 minute increments from the start to thr end of your reservation

Vehicle Cover

Damage Waiver and Liability: Members are covered to drive our vehicles with a damage waiver excess of £750. All the statutory requirements are included along with our Damage Waiver. Hopefully you will never have a bump but if you do, you will only be asked to pay the excess (if the incident is caused by another driver, we may be able to refund your excess after the claim has been settled).

Please see full terms and conditions for more detail on the damage waiver.

Reducing Your Excess: The normal excess is £750, but if you like you can reduce this to £100. You can choose to pay £10.00 per month to reduce your excess to £100, or pay £90 to have this feature for a full 12 months (effectively 12 months for the price of 9). To add this to your account, simply submit your member ID on this form. Our Clubhouse will then contact you to take the first payment, thereafter your monthly fee (if you choose this option) will be collected by your normal payment method. Please note cover will only be in place after the first payment has been taken. If you haven’t yet joined the club, it’s even easier – just select which excess choice from the application form.

Drivers aged 21 and under: Excess reduction is not currently available.
