Choosing a Suitable Vehicle


We offer a wide selection of vehicles - from large to small, from manual to automatic, which best suit your needs. The specification of the vehicles available can be clearly identified and selected before making a reservation, either on the mobile app or desktop webpage. If, because of your disability, you need to call the Clubhouse for support making or amending a booking we will waiver the associated call charges.

If you’re not yet a member, email the Clubhouse on HelpDesk@EnterpriseCarClub.co.uk to confirm the locations of the vehicles which suit you best.

Surrogate Drivers


You can nominate someone as a surrogate driver as long as they have a valid driving licence. You can become a (non-driver) member with up to 3 appointed people as the driver on your account, and we will remove the standard membership fee for these drivers. The surrogate driver will be issued with their own membership ID and any usage fees relating to their reservations will be debited from the payment source you provide as the account owner.

Service Animals


If you need to travel with a service animal, we are happy to help. Please contact the Clubhouse team at helpdesk@enterprisecarclub.co.uk so we can discuss your needs.

Hearing Impairment


The Clubhouse team are aware of the free “relayuk app” and service which can provide a way to assist hearing impaired members requiring assistance.

Need More Support?



Where accommodating your needs requires more bespoke support, please contact the Enterprise customer service team by calling 0800 633 5665 or emailing customerservice@ehi.com. To best meet your needs, making every reasonable accommodation, we may work in partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car – where Enterprise Car Club members can get up to 10% off (click here for more). The team are happy to help and can, for example, arrange for a range of hand control driving devices to be installed and/or specially adapted vehicles to be provided. We ask that you allow sufficient time for special arrangements to be made.
