1. This offer entitles you to a free Tastecard+ card (worth £79.99) and £20.00 in driving credit when you become a member of Enterprise Car Club and use the promo code TASTECARD when making your application on the Enterprise Car Club website.
2. This offer is available in the UK to new Enterprise Car Club retail members.
3. This offer is valid for all successful applications for Enterprise Car Club membership made on or after 01/05/2019 and before 31/07/2019 and all applicants will have to pay the full signup fee (£60 in England and Wales, or £20 in Scotland and Northern Ireland) when signing up.
4. In the UK, all drivers must be aged 19 years or older and be eligible to become Enterprise Car Club members.
5. Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, additional driver and hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.
6. Once the membership request has been approved by Enterprise Car Club, the driving credit will be automatically applied to the member’s account, and the member will receive a redemption code for Tastecard+ digital membership via email (at the email address provided for their Enterprise Car Club account) on the first working day of the month following the month in which the request has been approved by Enterprise Car Club.
7. Once the redemption code has been provided to a member, it must be activated before 01/05/2020 on the Tastecard website and the member’s Tastecard+ digital membership will then be valid for one (1) year from activation.
8. If that member’s Enterprise Car Club membership ceases within their 1-year Tastecard+ digital membership period, their Tastecard+ digital membership will also cease automatically.
9. Members shall be entitled to maximum of one (1) Tastecard+ digital membership redemption code each.
10. Any issues and/or complaints arising in relation to a member’s Tastecard+ digital membership will be the sole responsibility of Taste Marketing Limited t/a tastecard and Enterprise Car Club shall have no responsibility or liability in this regard.
11. This offer is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discounted rate, previous or existing reservations.
12. This offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
13. This offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you are resident in the European Union you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in either the English courts or the courts of the European Union member state in which you are resident.
14. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
