This promotion entitles participants to £50.00 in driving credits.
This promotion is open to current members of Enterprise Car Club, resident in the United Kingdom, aged 19 and over. The promotion is not open to employees of the Promotor or its group of companies, their family members, agencies represented in the promotion or anyone professionally associated or connected to the promotion, organised groups, entries automatically generated by computer or corrupt entries.
By submitting your testimonial, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and you consent to the use and publication and sharing of your testimonial by the Promotor and any of its group of companies and your entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
To enter the promotion, you must tell us about your use of Enterprise Car Club and how it keeps you motoring. To enter, Enterprise Car Club retail members must share their experience with Enterprise Car Club by either commenting on our Facebook or Twitter post, or by direct message, or by e-mail to marketing@enterpriseclub.co.uk. The member(s) whose testimonial is selected will be referenced in the press.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with; Facebook or Twitter and that Facebook and Twitter have no liability for any element of this promotion. All entries will be subject to Facebook’s or Twitter’s terms of use which can be found on their respective websites.
There is no fee to enter the promotion.
You may enter the promotion as many times as you wish during the duration of the promotion (as defined below).
The promotion will be open between 12 June 2019 and 28 June 2019. Testimonials received before the 12 June 2019 or after 28 June 2019 will not be considered.
The Promotor will not accept entries that are lost, delayed, submitted late, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt or entry to the promotion.
An independent jury of 8 approximately eight (8) people from the Promotor will select member(s) whose testimonial will be referenced in the press. The contributions will be assessed based on merits of the Participant’s submissions for the draw. Decisions will be taken by the independent jury will be final and not subject to appeal.
There is no maximum number of members whose testimonials will be selected to be referenced in the press.
The driving credit must be used within 90 days of receipt.
Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, additional driver, and hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks, and navigating guides.
The members whose testimonial has been selected to be referenced in press will be contacted. The members whose testimonials are selected will also be notified by way of email or personal message from our Enterprise Car Club Facebook and Twitter pages. The Promotor may also require the member to provide additional personal information to include (for example) their name, date of birth and home town. By entering, the member agrees to their testimonial and private information, including name, date of birth and contact details, being shared with an external PR agency, who may contact the members for further information relating to their testimonial.
Driving credit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other incentives (apart from what is stated in the allocation of the promotion).
The Promotor does not take any responsibility with regards to personal damage, loss of property, injury or disappointment or other unforeseen events in association with the promotion. This also includes any personal complication in relation to the driving credit.
The Promotor reserves the right to disqualify participants and cancel the driving credit if it is unveiled that any rules or regulations regarding the promotion have been infringed.
All promotion entries and any accompanying materials submitted to the Promotor will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your testimonial and any accompanying material, you agree to assign to the Promotor all of your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee and waive all moral rights.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotor will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of this promotion and not for future marketing purposes, unless we have your consent.
This offer and terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph below, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
